Originally from Llanelli, Kim set her sights on a career in the communications industry from an early age. After gaining an M.Sc. in apicultural research at University College Cardiff, Kim joined BBC Wales first as a researcher and later became a producer. She has worked on a range of programmes from consumer issues and daily magazine shows to current affairs.
Hand in hand with her role in broadcasting Kim has developed a successful career in Public Relations. She was appointed Press & Publicity Officer for British Telecom in Wales and went on to work at some of the UK’s leading PR agencies, including McCann Erickson and Leedex PR. She is proud to be a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR).
